Samsung’s Galaxy A series of mobile devices integrates some of the company’s best-selling smartphones. The family of devices occupies the segments from the entry range to the premium mid-range. It is said that the next launch of the company in the segment It will be the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G.
Now, recent reports offer us new key details about what this future terminal will offer us. The leak offers us a set of CAD renders of the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G with its design and dimensions. In addition, its passage through the Geekbench benchmark platform confirms several of its key specifications.

According to the listing on Geekbench, the Samsung Galaxy A23 is identified by the model number “SM-A236U”. Internally, it will be powered by an octa-core CPU chipset. There will be 6x cores at 1.8 GHz and 2x high-performance cores at 2.21 GHz. In charge of the graphics will be an Adreno 619 GPU. All of the above indicates that it is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC.
Apart from that, the terminal comes with 4 GB of RAM and runs Android 12 under One UI 4.1. Looking at the Geekbench 5 benchmark results, the smartphone achieves a score of 674 in the single-core test and 2,019 points in the multi-core test.
Moving on to its design, the leaked renders reveal that the phone will come with a teardrop-shaped notch to house its front-facing camera sensor. It’s also notable that it features thick bezels around the screen. On the back, it will look similar to last year’s Galaxy A32, A52 and A72. It is expected to come with a quad camera setup.
The right side of the phone will have the volume rocker and a power key (integrated with a fingerprint reader). The bottom will house a 3.5mm audio jack, a microphone, a USB-C port, and a speaker grill. To top it off, the device will measure around 165.4 x 77 x 8.5mm.
