Lenovo recently launched its new Lenovo Pad Pro 2022 in China. The company’s latest offering comes as the successor to the 2021 Lenovo Pad Pro. The device competes with other branded tablets like Xiaomi, Huawei, Vivo, OPPO and more. Also, thinking about the gaming segment, there is a new gamepad for smartphones.

All about the Lenovo Pad Pro 2022

The Lenovo Pad Pro 2022 has an 11.2-inch OLED screen whose resolution is 2.5K pixels and its refresh rate reaches 120 Hz. The panel also supports a maximum brightness of 600 nits, HDR10 + and Dolby Vision. The device supports a stylus and a keyboard.


To enhance your multimedia enjoyment, the tablet is equipped with a powerful quad speaker system enhanced by Dolby Atmos and equalized by JBL.


Internally, the Lenovo Pad Pro 2022 is offered in two processor options. There is one variant powered by a Snapdragon 870 while the other is equipped with the MediaTek Kompanio 1300T. The tablet includes up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.

The device draws its power from an 8,200mAh battery unit with support for 68W super fast charging via USB-C.

The Lenovo Pad Pro 2022 6 GB + 128 GB (MediaTek chip) costs 2,199 yuan (about 321 euros). The 8GB + 128GB variant (Snapdragon chip) is priced at 2,499 yuan (about 365 euros).

All about the Lenovo Legion gamepad for smartphones

In addition to a tablet, Lenovo also released a Lenovo Legion gamepad for mobile gaming. The gamepad boasts up to 6 hours of battery life as well as other attractive features.


The Legion gamepad has a light and small gaming handle, weighing only 40g. Its case is made from a bi-material injection molding process, with clear edges that don’t block the screen. A silicone cover on the back adds comfort to the gamepad with a sturdier grip.


The gamepad’s 150mAh battery has a Type-C interface to recharge it. The gadget provides a joystick and programmable buttons (side and back) that can be used to suit the player in a wide variety of games. With this, the company seeks to offer an enhanced gaming experience for online games.


The pad supports instant (one-key) connection to ZUI devices (Lenovo UI phones) via Bluetooth, but also supports other brands. The switch has an indicator ring that provides real-time feedback on the status of the gamepad.

The Lenovo Legion gamepad is priced in China at 99 yuan (about 15 euros).
