Honor 70 5G global: know its official price for Europe here - Gadget Loh

Honor recently held its IFA 2022 event in Europe. During this, the brand brought several key products to this market. One of the main releases was the Honor 70, its latest premium mid-range phone.

Previously, the device had already left China reaching the Malaysian market. Now, we have a global or international version with much greater reach. In addition to this we have its official price.

The brand also used the event to present its new “flagship dual strategy”. It aims to bring its next high-end, foldable smartphones to Europe and other regions of the world.

With all of the above said, we are going to take a closer look at the price, specs, and features or specifications of the interesting Honor 70 5G. As an advance, it is a terminal that, in addition to a solvent performance, wants to stand out a lot in photography.

All about the Honor 70

The Honor 70 has a large 6.78-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel features a 1920Hz PWM dimming rate for hardware-level eye protection. It is also HDR10+ compatible and features 10-bit color depth.

Internally, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chipset. To boost gaming performance, the system integrates ‘GPU Turbo X’. Its hardware is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

As far as cameras are concerned, the device comes with a triple rear setup. The photographic system is commanded by a 54-megapixel Sony IMX800 Super Sensing main camera (f/1.9 aperture, 1/1.49″ size, PDAF) which, curiously, does not have OIS.

The camera system is completed with a 50 megapixel ultra wide angle + macro sensor and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. Its front camera is a 32 megapixel sensor.

The phone is powered by a 4,800mAh battery with 66W super fast charging support. It runs the stock Android 12 operating system under the Magic UI 6.1 interface.

Price and variants

The Honor 70 is currently available in select European markets. It will be available in two variants according to its capacity:

  • 8 GB of RAM + 128 GB: 549 euros
  • 8 GB of RAM + 256 GB: 599 euros

Considering that for 50 euros more you receive double the storage, it seems to be the best option. Even so, the price may be somewhat high given the competition it has.

To top it off, the phone will be offered in three colors: Crystal Silver, Emerald Green and Midnight Black.
